Carmela Solidum-Lim is admitted to practice in both the Philippines and New York. She earned her law degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in Makati and became a member of the Philippine Bar in 2022 and the New York State Bar in 2025. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines. Carmela began her legal career in the United States in 2023 working at an employment litigation firm, she was involved in matters concerning wage and hour claims, discrimination, and workplace disputes, contributing to the successful resolution of many cases.  Since joining Votto & Albee, PLLC, she has focused on insurance defense litigation, where she plays a key role in supporting the development of case strategy and contributes to the effective defense of clients across a range of claims. Her work is grounded in a detail-oriented and analytical approach, with an emphasis on delivering results aligned with client goals.
