Christopher Albee

Christopher J. Albee, Esq. graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1990. In 1993 he graduated from St. John’s School of Law and was admitted to the Courts of the State of New York in 1994. He thereafter joined the Kings County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. During his tenure at the Office, he presented over 300 cases to the Grand Jury and thereafter tried numerous violent felony cases to verdict. He is admitted to the Federal District Courts in the Southern and Eastern District of New York. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Since 1997 he has tried innumerable civil cases to verdict throughout the City of New York as well as Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester. The trials concerned motor vehicle accidents, trip and fall, labor law and medical malpractice. He has also argued many appeals before the Appellate Division First and Second Departments.
